Software Description
Sensor VPN app is a software product owned by Smart and Simple Intelligence LLC.
License Grant
FREE LICENSE: Sensor VPN app grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and perpetual license to download, install, and use the Software for personal, non-commercial use, adhering strictly to this Agreement's terms.
PAID LICENSE: Upon paying the applicable fees and continuously complying with this Agreement, Sensor VPN app grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and perpetual license to use the Software, in strict accordance with this Agreement.
UNAUTHORIZED USE: You commit to using reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of the Software, with at least the same degree of care you use for your own confidential information, but no less than a reasonable degree of care.
Ownership Rights
The Software is the intellectual property of Smart and Simple Intelligence LLC, protected under copyright laws, international treaties, and other laws in the country of use. The structure, organization, and code are confidential and trade secrets of Smart and Simple Intelligence LLC. Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Software may be used by Smart and Simple Intelligence LLC in their current or future products or services without compensation or approval. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software, which are reserved by Smart and Simple Intelligence LLC.
Usage Restrictions
You must not use the Services in a way that could harm our servers or hinder other users' enjoyment. Unauthorized access to any part of the Services is prohibited. We reserve the right to use legal and technical measures to enforce this Agreement.
You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws, including intellectual property laws.
Limited Warranty
Sensor VPN app does not guarantee that the Software will meet all your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. The warranty does not cover:
Limitation of Liability
Neither we nor any involved parties will be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data or profit loss, from using the Service, even if advised of such damages. Our total liability will not exceed thirty dollars ($30.00).
Third-Party Programs
Software bundled with third-party programs is governed by their respective licenses, which may include open source or free software licenses. This Agreement does not override or grant rights beyond those of any third-party software terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia, excluding conflict of law provisions. You consent to the jurisdiction of Georgia courts.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the complete and exclusive understanding between the Parties, superseding all prior agreements, communications, and understandings regarding this subject matter.
